[MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] suppress identical tty updates

i run mplayer for audio on a box that's attached to my stereo, and it's
running inside a screen(1) session which i'm attached to over the net...
the rapid rate of tty updates poses several problems in this configuration
-- one is the sheer network bandwidth, and the other is that screen will
sometimes stop reading the tty as fast as mplayer can fill it.

for example when there's a bell in another window, screen might
temporarily sleep... similarly when displaying a screen status message it
might sleep. while this is arguably a problem in screen, i think mplayer
could relax its update rate a bit.

the attached patch attempts to suppress updates which are no different
from the previous update. i'm only partially certain i got the video
variants correct -- i use the audio-only playback path mostly.

thanks
