You should start capitalized after a ":" if it is followed by a complete
sentence.

Complete sentences should have a "." at the end.

The word minimum is just wrong here, lesser is what you are looking for.

You should be consistent in how you write B frames.  I'd also drop the "or
not" or reword the sentence completely.

Patch applied with some minor corrections by me.  I'm not 100% content with
everything, but I know I am very nitpickish and it is already so much better
than what we had before.  We can work out the details later on, maybe on the
mplayer-docs mailing list where this belongs.
