Sorry files have been changed since yesterday which caused this undefined RECT
issue with my patch.
today I just add definition of RECT structure into ms_hdr.h was previously
defined elsewhere.

I believe this is used when you have a VFW win32 codec
and the goal was to remove dependancy on wine code.
