[MPlayer-dev-eng] Obsoleted parts / cleanup

Hi,

I'm in the middle of removing obsoleted code from the CVS.

libmflac together with ad_flac has been removed because ad_flac is not
compiling with external flac and ffmpeg's implementation beats the
original both in simplicity, code size and speed

Next would be the removal of the C++ Matroska demuxer, anyone against
it?

Also if you know about some unwanted code, please reply.
