[MPlayer-dev-eng] Seek in non-indexed AVI, a solution?

Ok, I agree. But what about a cmdline option to enable this (disabled
by default)? I'm asking this because sometimes to generate index for a
whole 700mb-DivX that is at a CD-Rom takes too long...
