[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vo_xv doesn't allow -geometry to specify size

The xv driver ignores window size specified in the -geometry switch.

This is because the aspect() function is called in vo_xv.c which 
overwrites the size.

The attached patch to 1.0pre2 fixes the problem.
