[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix external libFLAC detection on Mandrake

Hi everyone,

on my Mandrake system the configure check for the external libFLAC
fails, unless I apply the attached patch. As this is trivial, it would
be nice if it could be applied.
