[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] use symlinks in incomplete XML docs.

Hello!
This patch adds ability to build incomplete XML docs (es & ru ones
 currently), by symlinking missing files (if enabled in translation
 Makefile) to files in en subdir.

If nobody objects, I'll commit this at tuesday.
