This patch adds support for a frame_fps subdevice to the yuv4mpeg video 
output driver.  It enables a meta-tag for each frame which contains the 
framerate for that frame.  The primary purpose of this is for outputting 
variable frame rate movies and maintaining frame timing information.

I personally wish to write a tool which is capable of doing 
framerate conversion of constant and variable frame rate streams 
to a constant output frame rate.  This simply isn't possible without frame 
timing information in the stream produced by mplayer.  But I'm sure other 
people might find this handy. :)
