ok, but this patch (at least the Makefile part) is bad, it compiles
idctaltivec.S unconditionally, even on x86 and other non-ppc architectures.
please fix that, i'll apply then to 0_90 tree.
(in 'main' we'll upgrade libmpeg2 to latest (sourceforge) version soon)
