I'll try to better my HTML. The changes you made looks great. 

A few small remarks (nr. 2. is my mistake):

1. resample takes frequency in Hz, so the limits should be 8000-192000

2. The example for resample should be 
   mplayer -af resample=44100:0:0 
   to fit the text.
