Yuck ;) Well it's trivial, just appending muxer_raw.c to the already
very long line.

BTW: How can I use 'cvs diff' for files that aren't checked in yet? If
I just call 'cvs diff -N -u' muxer_raw.c is not included... So I did a
diff over the complete directory with the excludes and managed to
ignore that Makefile ;)

Actually it wasn't mine - someone on -users wondered why mplayer knows
some dumping options and not mencoder.

Alright, I'll do some more testing and (more important) more thinking.

Trivial to implement ;)

Uh... That is still from a time when the demuxer/file type could be
specified on the command line. You cannot do that anymore, so I should
change that message accordingly ;)
