Hi,

attached patch is another try to solve the fullscreen issues for the 
mplayerplug-in ...

No, vo's are changed and the frontends that handle fullscreen themselves do 
also handle the 'f'-keyevent themselves ... So they are not broken ...

There is also another "fix" in there, which I did not send separately as it 
also just affects mplayerplug-in ...

The SubWindow should not be movable, if the WinID-Option is used ...

As you can easily "loose" it in a non-selectable area ...

I hope this one is ok :).

Please test. Especially if you use frontends ...
