[MPlayer-dev-eng] CDDA support missing file

I am also having the same problem with mplayer cdda support, and yes, I
have installed libcdparanoia0-dev and cdparanoia-dev and a few other
packages..
 
I have the following files from libcdparanoia0-dev:
 
/usr/lib/libcdda_paranoia.a
/usr/lib/libcdda_interface.a
/usr/include/cdda_interface.h
/usr/include/cdda_paranoia.h
/usr/include/utils.h
/usr/lib/libcdda_interface.so
/usr/lib/libcdda_paranoia.so
 
But mplayer gives me:
 
Unknown protocol 'cdda'
Unable to open URL: cdda://2
 
Any help would be appreciated..
