i've looked at it, the cinepak.c was written by Tim fergusson, and modified
by me and Mike melanson later. The vd_cinepak.c wrapper was written by me.

just wante dto ask if you need CVS access, but you already have:
rtognimp:x:1058:103:Roberto Togni CVS,,,,native codecs:/home/ftp:/bin/cvssh
so feel free to commit such trivial fixes next time :)
