[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] PVA demuxer

Here is the PVA demuxer I had posted about some days ago. Sorry for the 
delay, I've been quite busy.
The attached patch creates a new demux_pva.c file, modifies demuxer.h 
and demuxer.c adding a new DEMUXER_TYPE_PVA (23) demuxer type and 
modifies video.c in order to make it behave on PVA files just like it 
does with MPEG-ES and MPEG-PS streams, since PVAs can only contain MPEG2 
video according to their format specification.
As is stated in the source code, there are audio playback problems with 
files from MultiDec (on some channels only). The funny thing is, the 
same channels recorded with WinTV Nexus are just fine. I guess it's a 
MultiDec problem then (correct me if I'm wrong of course).
Let me know about it. I can provide PVA sample files if needed.
