[MPlayer-dev-eng] [TOOLS] a simple tool for encoding DVD to divx

see $SUBJECT... :) I know there is already a utility doing it but I wanted to 
do something where the user does not have to know anything about command line 
parametres... (check the code to understand what I mean) I use it for myself 
and it is quite simple... I think so... I will improve in time... is there 
any prob about inserting the file in TOOLS? well if you have any suggestions 
please tell me...
