[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] VobSub default language (langidx)

Problem: 

VobSub-files produces by vobsub.c require the -vobsubid option because 
the generated idx file does not contain the langidx-tag.
This is especially unnecessary for files with only one language
because the langidx tag is correctly recognised when reading idx-files.

Solution used in this patch:
The first language ripped is set as the default language
by writing the langidx tag with the index of this language.

Result:
If no -vobsubid parameter is used, the first language is used.
