[MPlayer-dev-eng] [GUI][PATCH] DVD cell to chapter conversion

Hi,
On my DVD there seems to be multiple cells under a chapter, this causes 
incorrect chapter id shown in GUI.( I choose 10 -> see 14, for example).
So I tried to fix this problem with this patch and it seems to bring the 
chapter number back correctly.
If there is a faster way to convert DVD cell to chapter, it would be 
nice, cause this seemply loops back from cell id untill it finds a 
corresponding chapter.
