	I think the other libvo came from 'transcode'.   But then it
	might have come from 'mpeg2dec'.   Both have a 'libvo' I think.

	Seems that every video package wants to call its video output
	library "libvo'  (and its audio lib 'libao').  Same for 'libmpeg2',
	it comes from a couple different places too.
