[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Pan&Scan Update

Here goes a minor update for Pan&Scan.

It solves the problems with incorrect scaling when
using -vm (vo_screenheight is the original screenheight,
now using aspdat.scrh which represents the current mode),
and specifically for XV it removes the black screen that
could happen at times, and also refreshing of the
panscan-area on switching between fullscreen & windowed.
