update your codecs.conf, i've captured a video with my
wintv, (for me) it worked.

needed dlls: atiyvu9.dll, IYVU9_32.DLL

(copy to /usr/lib/win32)

arpi, what about making a new win32-codec package?
there are a lot of new codecs and we should remove something
like this:
