Hi,

afaik nobody can create working .avi file with ogg/vorbis audio.
the only tool for muxing ogg in avi was nandub, but it's buggy, and as it
assumes fixed 600 bytes frames, it badly interleaves the file, and also
fills the header fields with bad values -> seek fails.
