I've removed all stuff except BRG15. But my video card supports 15bpp videosurface
so I should force -bpp 16 in command line.
To avoid these stupid operations mplayer should handle -bpp command line option,imho.
Since when user uses -bpp then vo_vesa forces corresponding mode, but with unmodified
codec.conf mplayer passes 32bpp input video stream to driver and as effect vo_vesa uses
sowftware convertor 32->user bpp.

And the last:
Would you like to add -triple command line switch?
It's needed for triple buffering.
