[Mplayer-dev-eng] patch for widescreen videos

Hello,

attached small patch enabled MPlayer to play widescreen videos 
(aspect ratio of 16:9). This is pretty useful when you want to play 
widescreen DVDs with MPlayer ;) 

The patch adds -widescreen cmd line option and changes mplayer.c so 
that it passes altered desired screen height to the video driver. 
Some drivers follow d_height hint, some don't. Windowed modes work 
just fine with -widescreen, some fullscreen ones do, some don't (I 
had to modify Xv driver, which I use).
