[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] TV support in Win32 using Directshow

Hi, All

I have started developing subj and want to ask you to test it, if
anybody interesting.

Binary compiled with --enable-tv-dshow --enable-static
--enable-runtime-cpudetection

How to use (see man page for details):

./mplayer -tv chanlist=<channel list>:channels=<number>-<name,[...] tv://

Currently tested only russian chanlist, but others should also work.
Note, due to workaround in setting frequency routine, channel's number
can differ from linux version.
