[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] enable libcdio for cd playback

Greetings,

Here's a patch to enable libcdio for cd playback.
Works in both Windows XP and Linux (untested on other
platforms.) The configure script will autodetect
libcdio, however it will always use cdparanoia first
if available. To use it instead of cdparanoia, pass
--disable-cdparanoia to configure.
