[MPlayer-cygwin] Q: Define a key for -stereo mode while playing..

Grepping through the sources, it looks like this would require
to reinit the mp3 decoder. I don't think this is possible with the current 
audio decoder layer . However I do not know the audio decoder layer very well 
so maybe someone else can take a look.
