[MPlayer-cygwin] help with 3gpp2 files (no audio support?)

I prefer it to have the standard cygwin options, and it's too much 
effort to find out what these are. That said, I've tried compiling it on 
my laptop, and get the same message about a broken gcc.
Working on some other ideas with it just now.
