mp4info says 'audio   Vorbis, 14.320 secs, 14 kbps, 15750 Hz', while
gpac: 'QCELP Audio - Sample Rate 8000 - 1 channel'. I guess latter looks
more like it.

Looks like there's no capable decoder though.
