Hrmmm try this one. I don't have a cygwin install so I
can't really test it. The dummy vo_init() Gianluigi
added to resolve an undefined reference when GL wasn't
available, as it wasn't including w32_common.c. I
modified the console_toggle() function which i'm
hoping will work in cygwin, please tell me if it
works.

To build, all you need to do is apply the patch, and
run configure with --enable-gui and
--enable-static="-mwindows"
