[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] mingw support for TOOLS/netstream

Yo,

Ok try this patch. I actually modified the Makefile in
that it should be easier in the future to add further
OS support. I removed the $(MPROOT)/libao2/afmt.o
reference completely since it doesn't exist in linux
either, and added identify, dvdsub_id, audio_id,
video_id, and af_fmt2str globablly since those were
getting undefined in linux as well.

It had been a while since i built it in linux,
basically everytime something gets introduced/changed
in libmpdemux netstream picks it up.

Anyways, i compile this in mingw with --disable-theora
--disable-live and --disable-internal-tremor.
