According to msdn REALTIME_PRIORITY_CLASS may influence system 
processes, so that
disks might not get synced etc.
The other remark was about IDLE_PRIORITY_CLASS showing up twice with 
different names in the first patch.

Apart from that the 3rd patch looks ok.
