[MPlayer-cygwin] dvd playback skips with m10000 mini-itx 1ghz c3 using win32 mplayer

You may want to use a version without runtime-cpudetection, anyway
dvd play on win32 is slow as hell compared to the same pc on linux,
I think it's related to missing memalign function, but I'm not sure.
