[MPlayer-cygwin] Help: MPlayer-mingw32-1.0pre7 cannot use windows codec library

You seem to have picked the wrong codecs package since there isn't
any *.so (which is the linux dynamic library suffix) in the
windows one. Look again into the mplayer download page and you'll
see there is a link to other binary codecs packages where you can
find your "essential" for Windows (with *.dll).
