[MPlayer-cygwin] Doom9 win32 mencoder GUI MeGUI and need for x264-enabled mencoder binaries NODEAMON

Hi Diego and Sascha
There is another GUI for win32 being developed, that uses mencoder to 
encode h264 with x264 codec. (encoding to snow is possible, too!)
This GUI is developed by doom9 himself. He is the founder of the well 
known resource www.doom9.org, which is dedicated for DVD backup (and 
video editing and compression).
Development is done in one thread of doom9s forum:

Lots of ppl. stating to use this GUI for encoding fail in the beginning, 
as mplayers win32 binaries miss the x264 codec. There is one admirable 
person (celtic_druid) hosting his own build of mencoder (along with 
ffmpeg, ffdshow binaries and many more), but his server is severely 
overloaded from the demand for win32 mencoder and ffdshow binaries.
Sascha, can you put a new binary that is linked to x264 on mplayers ftp 
server?
