[MPlayer-cygwin] setting aid on the fly

I used GeexBox with mplayer 1.0pre5 and aid change on the fly patch applied.
I uses GeexBox for playing mkv files with multiple ogg audio streams.
In most cases all ok, but there are strange errors - 
in some files with 2 ogg streams with same bitrate, current stream can't be swithed.
Audio became mad, sometimes mplayer crashes...

So I think it's normal not to include this patch to cvs
