I disagree.  Priorities below normal are probably useless, but might
still be nice to play around with, priorities above normal may all
make sense on different systems, most people don't have Windows 98
anymore.

Then again, all of this seems to be available through the start
utility, but MPlayer already has so many features that this will
hardly hurt.
