i've a riva tnt 16mb agp, but the thing is, sascha has to code support for yv12 in
first. [nvidia_vid] Found chip: NV4 [Riva TnT]

directx uses yv12 fine, but i've found winvidix plays mpg faster than dx, can
anyone explain this? or test this?

BENCHMARKs: VC: 0.518s VO: 0.454s A: 0.000s Sys: 0.230s = 1.202s
BENCHMARK%: VC: 43.0948% VO: 37.7704% A: 0.0000% Sys: 19.1348% = 100.0000%
C:\Documents and Settings\resu\Desktop\clips>mplayer -vo winvidix downhill.mpg -
frames 100 -benchmark -nosound -vf format=yuy2 -dr

BENCHMARKs: VC: 0.984s VO: 0.650s A: 0.000s Sys: 0.228s = 1.862s
BENCHMARK%: VC: 52.8464% VO: 34.9087% A: 0.0000% Sys: 12.2449% = 100.0000%
C:\Documents and Settings\resu\Desktop\clips>mplayer -vo directx downhill.mpg -f
rames 100 -benchmark -nosound -vf format=yv12

directx is a little slower using yuy2, but avi still play faster in directx no matter what

if you get weird green/red blinking, try disabling -dr if its in your config.
