[MPlayer-cygwin] Greetings!

Greetings!

I'm very excited about mplayer (the Win32 version).  I just recently found
this program, and am already crazy about it.  I've already set it as the
default for half of my file types.  I also love not having to install
Quicktime or Real software.  I hate those.

I'm sorry for being such a newbie, but I have just two questions for the
list that I'd appreciate any help on.  I'm sorry if these aren't the correct
channels by which to ask these, but I don't know where else to ask:

1) How do I stream from the web?  Can I use mplayer to play trailers on
sites like Quicktime's movie previews?

2) I'm having problems with Matroska files.  I open them up and the video
stutters at a constant rate.  If I look at the command window, I see that
this error appears to be showing up at every single frame (so it's coming up
hundreds of times):

Error while decoding frame!

That comes up hundreds of times within the first minute.  Here's everything
