[MPlayer-cygwin] Re: Mplayer compilation on Window - Newbie

I looked at the list on the setup.exe install menu and could not find an 
iconv package. I searched the web and could not find a download. I am 
not sure what you mean by "read the archives". Do you mean the email 
archives? Or something on the web?
