[MPlayer-cygwin] binary codecs dir in mplayer-mingw32

i've some ideas which may get useful to place binary codecs.
mplayer directly call loadlibrarya on mingw32,and the function search order is exe-dir--->currect dir---->system dir--->windows dir---->path according to msdn.
so it's better to put rp9win32,win32codecs,etc'file into mplayer.exe's directory,or put all into a single dir and add it to path.while adding to system dir may override some exist dll.
btw,it's boring to add forceidx option every time to start rm play,should it better to let mplayer judge media type and add the option inside?
