[MPlayer-cygwin] vo directx

Hi!

If you haven't tried out the directx video out driver yet, get DirectX 7
header files from here

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/dx7headers.tgz

extract them into /usr/include and recompile.

I have had mixed results so far, at first it crashed, but now it works
great, unfortunately the audio is out of sync..  My system is K6-III 500,
Matrox G550 and Soundblaster Live! 5.1.

What are your experiences?
