Modified Files:
	vf_ilpack.c 
Log Message:
big updates to ilpack: do proper interpolation rather than just
duplicating lines. ilpack will no longer significantly harm
progressive content, so it can be used on mixed
interlaced+progressive.

mmx interpolation code coming soon...
