This is the current text:

  vb_strategy=<0-1>
    strategy to choose between I/P/B-frames (pass 1):
      0    Always use the maximum number of B-frames (default).
      1    Avoid B-frames in high motion scenes.

Am I correct in understanding that this option is for pass 1 _only_ and
that MEncoder will reject it in subsequent passes?
