I'm uploading psmplay_sux.avi to mphq for checking. It's a raw rgb avi
generated by the "psmplay" program which rips psx videos. A/V sync is
totally broken and "decoding" pcm audio uses 80% cpu. The interleaving
is completely broken, but it should work with -ni, and it doesn't.
-nobps helps the situation slightly, but not much. Attempts to encode
it with mencoder crash.

I'm told the original video is ~15 fps (1/4 ntsc refresh), but psmplay
generated a 38 fps (wtf?!) avi file. Basically it's entirely broken,
but for some reason WMP manages to play the file fine... So, why can't
mplayer? :)
