Great!! Now, mplayer plays sorenson v3!!! I can watch all the traillers I
want. Thanks, people!!!
When I was watching the second trailler of "the two towers", I have found a
bug. The fullscreen version doesn't play in mplayer but the others do.
I have watched the fullscreen version in windows. This version has a new
feature. It have 2 images that is placed in black portion (above and below
the real movie) of screen in fullscreen mode. These images is saved into the
file. These images are probably confusing mplayer and causing a crash in
player.
This is the output:

MPlayer interrupted by signal 11 in module: uninit_acodec
- MPlayer crashed by bad usage of CPU/FPU/RAM. Recompile MPlayer with
--enable-debug and make a 'gdb' backtrace and disassembly. For details, see
DOCS/bugreports.html section 5.b.
- MPlayer crashed. This shouldn't happen. It can be a bug in the MPlayer code
_or_ in your drivers _or_ in your gcc version. If you think it's MPlayer's
fault, please read DOCS/bugreports.html and follow instructions there. We
can't and won't help unless you provide these informations when reporting a
possible bug.
bash-2.05a#

--------------------------

The webpage of the trailler is
http://www.apple.com/trailers/newline/the_two_towers/.
Sorry, I don't have a debug version and don't have time to do a full report of
the bug. I use the mplayer cvs version of 29112002, compiled with:

./configure --enable-qtx-codecs --enable-gui --prefix=/usr

My linux is the linuxfromscratch 4.0. Xfree 4.2.1. I can play other sorenson
v3 videos. So, the mplayer should be correctly configured.
I hope that is enough to you, guys, make the mplayer the very best video
player of the world. Ops. The mplayer is the very best video player of the
world.

Thanks

Raul Fernandes
