[Mplayer-advusers] bug with some avis using ffmpeg

hi.

since some days (a week or so) mplayer doesn't play some avis right. the
brightness is right, but the colour is shifted half horizontally (so the
colour that should be at the sides is in the center of the image). it
appears only using -vc ffdivx, and i couldn't find out what files are
causing this, so i've uploaded a sample to the ftp (universal.avi.gz).

ps: btw, when using 'mplayer *' in a directory with subdirectories, mplayer
tries to play the directories and takes some time to figure out that it
can't play them. a check if a file is a directory could help there.
