[Mplayer-advusers] [Bug] (3/6) -vm does not work with -vo xv -fs

for me it sometimes crashes and sometimes it works.
The probelm also occurs if only -vm is specified without -fs.
I tried tracing back the problem by debugging but to no avail :(

However, it seems to me that either:
 - mDisplay get corrupted somehow
 - we need to call another X-function before XShmQueryExtension
