In summary:

if i rip a dvd the .vob file is ripped correctly and chould be played in
other players as well.

if i try to rip a suptitle seperatly i get this errors:

Ripping from dvd: The rip process is never stopping (8 hours of content
but only a 59 minutes long movie)
Ripping from .vob: The rip process is stopping after the time it should
but the pictures in .sub are wrong/black

If i trying to use dvdnav i get this error with mencoder/mplayer:

libdvdnav: Using dvdnav version 5.0.3

So i still have no way to rip a subtitle correctly.

I think there is no problem with copyprotection since i chould play the
.vob i ripped with mplayer without problems
